Black holes

Black holes are kind of like the bullies of space! They suck in everything around them and don’t give anything back. In fact, they’re so powerful that even light can’t escape their gravitational pull. So if something gets too close, it’ll just be sucked in and will never be seen again. Think of it this way: imagine a giant ball of dough, and you’re trying to stick your hand in it. You’d be stuck! That’s what a black hole does – it’s like a giant suction cup that pulls in anything that gets too close. Fun fact: the smallest black hole ever discovered is about the size of a pea! That’s pretty tiny compared to some of the larger ones, which can be millions of times bigger than the sun.
